Bella is Latin and is the plural for Bellum meaning war as well as meaning beautiful.
The starting point of my Bellatrix line came from a fictional narrative based on a civilization of woman warriors. These goddess warriors live in complete peace, harmony and cooperation. Individual acts encompassing the four traits of Courage, Kindness, Love and Generosity are rewarded with a single pearl (the equivalent in importance to that of a Silver Star or Purple Heart within a destructive, waring civilization).
Your new necklace reflects the rewards of what would be a lifetime of living these ideals. It is also accompanied by a small “Memento Mori” in the form of a small skull to remind you to enjoy life! Shine forth Goddess!
